Secret Chapter 1: The Journey Begins, a fairy tail fanfic | FanFiction
I think they truly love each other because Erza cries for Jellal, otherwise she does not cry When Erza was going to kiss him, he rejected this. Erza grew up with Jellal. That shows love, trust, vulnerability, and dedication. What Erza and Jellal went through that day was life changing. and I don't think Mashima will delve too deep into their relationship to solve out these kinks. And during this silence, Erza and Jellal's relationship blossomed. amazing is that her first time was with someone she loved and trusted.
They've been a couple for a little more than two years. Even Elfman and Evergreen were dating for a year and a half. While she was happy for each and every one of her guildmates, Erza couldn't help but feel a bit jealous. It wasn't that she wanted any of them as a lover. What made her envious was the fact that they could go out anywhere without any consequences.
Erza and Jellal couldn't go to a restaurant and enjoy the food and ambiance. They couldn't go the park and walk out in the open. They couldn't go to the beach and bask in the sun. They couldn't do any of that. She couldn't even see Jellal whenever she wanted. They had to jump through so many hoops to be with each other.
In the beginning, this wasn't that big of a concern for Erza. Seeing Jellal under any circumstance was a godsend. It was enough at that time. But she was getting older. And in getting older, the red-haired woman started to consider the future. She thought about marriage and children. It was then that she realized just how unfair their relationship was. Because Jellal was still on the run, he would never get to settle down. And that meant the couldn't do many of the things other couples do.
They couldn't live together. They couldn't get married. They couldn't even have a child together Well, that last part wasn't exactly true. Erza could bear Jellal's child. However, the fact that he was still a wanted criminal meant that Erza would have to raise the child on her own. And that wouldn't be fair, to either Erza, Jellal or this child. The only way for Jellal to be free of his burden was to get rid of the forces that were hunting him. However, it was impossible to that.
First, she didn't have the strength to take on the Magic Council or the Royal Forces by herself. It would take many mages to stand a chance against these institutions. And while her guild would aid her without question, she didn't have the right to involve them in her affairs. Plus Kayuga and Millliana had every right to want revenge against Jellal after what he did to them. So she couldn't stop them from seeking vengeance.
Erza also understood that even though Jellal was deceived and used as a pawn, she knew that he was the one who committed those crimes.

She knew that he was the one who had to live with that over his head for the rest of his life. And thought Erza could help Jellal with his burden, she could never remove it.
Erza got up out of the bed. It would do her no good to think on such depressing thoughts. She looked on the floor and found her nightgown, which was thrown off of her during their lovemaking. She put it on and walked towards the makeshift kitchen to get herself a glass of milk.
It was her ritual for when she wanted to go back to bed.
As she was pouring herself a glass, Jellal stirred from the bed. He noticed that Erza wasn't there and woke up almost immediately. Stretching his limbs, he got out of the bed. The blue-haired man found his boxers, which were tossed without care during their nocturnal activities, and put them on. He made his way towards the makeshift kitchen and saw Erza drinking a glass of milk.
He slipped behind her and wrapped his arms around his supple waist. Erza, feeling Jellal behind her, sunk into his embrace. Jellal put his lips in the space between Erza's neck and shoulder. Instead of kissing her there, he dragged his lips between that space. In the three years that they've been together, he knew that it was one of Erza's weak spot.
It gave him a sense of pride that he was the only one who knew of all her weak spots.///that last kiss I'll cherish
She smelled of aloe and the scent of their lovemaking. It was so erotic. Jellal stopped his ministration and placed his head on her shoulder. Jellal knew that if Erza was avoiding talking about the subject, he knew that it had something to do with their relationship. Erza closed her eyes. Jellal already knew but he wanted Erza to give it words.
And I have to admit that this is a bit disconcerting. The rule was that they had to be honest with each other, even if what they had to say could hurt the other person. That was the only way a relationship like theirs was going to work.
I don't like it either. Instead, he buried his nose in her beautiful red hair. Wolfspirit44 Being the king of a war-weary country isn't easy for Jellal Fernandes. He is tired, married to a woman who doesn't love him, and fighting to keep his kingdom together. Along comes Erza Scarlet, a beautiful warrior with a dark past. Forbidden to be together but unable to be apart, the king and his warrior risk everything to save their country before it's too late.
This new one was inspired by the song, Secret Love, by Hunter Hayes. As always, Jerza time!
Stayin' under cover and out of sight, If nobody knows, then we're doin' it right. Got a secret love. Such was the life of the King of Fiore. He sighed, and pushed away from his desk, going to stand by the window of his office. He looked outside, staring down at the city of Crocus. Being the king of a country, fresh out of war, was not easy. For years, Fiore had been at war with its neighboring country, the principality of Veronica.
Finally, after both sides suffering from innumerable losses but no clear winners, a peace treaty was called, and Jellal seemed to have gotten the bad end of the deal. It wasn't anything like, losing his crown, or giving land to Veronica, but in order to maintain peace, he married the daughter of the king of Veronica, the princess Ultear.
She had long black hair and odd red eyes, a beauty, but Jellal hated her. She was cruel and heartless. She married Jellal only because her father made her.
Jellal clenched his fist. Their marriage did not grow at all. A month into their relationship, Jellal walked in on her kissing a stable boy. She had just glared at him, and said, "Why shouldn't I? You're not the one I love. He kept her secret, and he didn't even kill the boy, or even banish him. He wasn't doing any harm, Jellal didn't even like Ultear. Let her do whatever. They avoided eachother alltogether, only acting like a happy couple when needed.
Other than that, Jellal kept away, avoiding her like the plague. There was a knock on the door. The door opened, and a man with spiky black hair walked in, followed closely by a man with pink hair. Gray Fullbuster, the dark haired man, commander of the army, and Natsu Dragneel, the pinkette, head of the calvary, Jellal's two most trusted men.
They were originally the previous king's wards, companions for the young prince. When Jellal became king, they became the his trusted advisors, and partners in battle. There was no one he trusted more than these two men, no one he respected more. Not only were they his advisors, they were his best friends, his loyal companions. Natsu smiled and gave a small bow. The serious looks on their faces made Jellal smile. He knew what they were up to. The two men smirked, and Natsu began to laugh.
They both relaxed their uptight positions, standing more comfortably, casually. Gray smiled, and came over to Jellal, giving him a playful punch on the shoulder.

Jellal sheepishly gestured towards the stack of papers on his desk. Gray walked over to the desk and peered down at the papers. He snorted, looking at the peace treaty lying on the wood. Natsu shook his head. She terrorizes the staff, and makes everyone miserable. The people were sick and tired of war.
This was the only option.
Jellal turned to him. Then to the country. Then for his family. Before he lost his own memory, he was a Dark Mage who desperately sought to revive Zeref via the R-System. Jellal is a young man whose most prominent features are his blue hair and a red tattoo under and above his right eye, which he has had since his childhood.
As his Siegrain alter-ego, he dressed himself in elegant yet simple robes; consisting of a long white tunic with black stripes across the edges and on the upper part of the arms, a decorated collar, large straps connected to decorated buckles closing the inducement on the front over a dark shirt, and matching pants and shoes.
He also sported a ring on his right middle finger, and usually had the medallion attesting his status as one of the Ten Wizard Saints around his neck, hidden by his jacket's collar. Jellal himself is seen in much darker clothing, with his attire consisting of a whitish blue shirt under a hooded dark blue coat with light blue edges, two strings with shield-shaped pendants hanging down from the hood and a prominent golden symbol on the left part of the chest, reminiscent of Fairy Tail's mark, plus simple, loose, dark pants tucked inside laced boots.
Under these clothes is a special fighting suit for melee combat, designed for his Meteor spell, revealing his toned and muscular body. In the manga, this takes the form of a skin-tight outfit. Said outfit is dark around the torso and mid-arm regions of Jellal's body, whilst the rest, such as his shoulders, forearm, and thighs down, is light in color. On his shoulder and hips, Jellal has small protrusions on his outfit, which, each, come with the three holes, serving the purpose of aiding him in his aerodynamic efforts.
The rest of the suit is decorated by groups of three thin lines over the arms and legs, with a double set adorning the chest. In this attire, a metal necklace with a small pendant, highly reminiscent of the Wizard Saint's one worn by his Siegrain counterpart is visible around Jellal's neck.
In the anime, however, his fighting suit is portrayed as a simple skin-tight sleeveless purple shirt paired with extremely loose blue cargo pants tucked inside simple bootswhich is held up by a light bluish belt, and gloves. Later, after his revival, he is seen taking the clothes of a defeated Naked Mummy member to cover his partially torn fighting attire in the anime, the clothes were instead Erigor's. This new attire consists of a long black coat decorated by golden trimmings, white bands around his arms, two red medal-like ornaments on each side of his chest, a tight-fitting shirt reminiscent of the one in his old attire, and loose grey pants held up by a belt; the pants are tucked inside the boots.
Seven years later, while his physical appearance is virtually unchanged, save for his now longer, scragglier hair, his attire now consists of a dark coat, very similar to the one he stole from the Naked Mummy member, only with heart like designs running down the sleeves and sides of the coat.
Over the top of all this, Jellal sports a dark, high-collared cloak. During the Grand Magic Games, when disguised as his Edolas counterpart, Mystogan, Jellal wears the same attire that he wore during his time in Earth Land, and even opts to use the Former Mage's staves as his own.
